Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a safe and legal treatment modality.

Ketamine complements psychotherapy to help initiate breakthroughs, improve mental health symptoms, and develop new patterns.

Ketamine therapy can alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and CPTSD - particularly when other treatments haven’t seemed to work. It can offer a much needed sense of hope and wonder in the healing process.

KAP can be especially helpful for people who feel stuck in life.

Ketamine therapy can also support healing from difficult experiences.

Clients appreciate incorporating creative art activities during ketamine therapy sessions to help facilitate shifts in thinking and behaviors.

I partner with Journey Clinical, who handles the medical portion of ketamine prescribing.

Journey Clinical accepts the following insurance plans in NY:

My Training and Experience

With 4 years of experience providing KAP, I have facilitated hundreds of individual and group dosing sessions. Most sessions have included a creative arts experience to enhance the expansiveness of ketamine therapy.

I design my own playlists for clients to utilize during the ketamine experience, and can provide live sound healing for group medicine experiences.

In 2022 I completed a year long Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist training with IPI, and have additional trainings with Fluence and Journey Clinical.

I’ve attended Psychedelic conferences, participated in supervision groups, and maintain connections within the NYC psychedelic community. I also provide supervision to ketamine therapists in training.
