Guided by healing justice and an anti-oppressive framework, my approach to therapy is trauma-informed and deep.

I am always working towards further decolonizing my practice, which involves seeking accountability through ongoing education, supervision, and self-reflection.

I’m always learning and I’m human too - I sometimes make mistakes.

Throughout therapy, my clients have reflected growth and positive changes in their lives, relationships, and well-being.
